Shop Policies

turn around time is 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. Custom items (including branding) can take longer. Custom made to order items can take 3-4 weeks to be shipped.

Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted within 7-14 days of receiving your items. Products must still be in like new condition to be accepted. Exchanges will be for same dollar amount only. All returns will be for shop credit only, shipping will be deducted from the shop credit and you will be responsible to ship it back. a refund/exchange will not happen until said product is in route back to me.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged products during transit. All packages are insured, so a claim can be filed via usps/ups.
